Our Church Office is open Monday-Friday in our Central Campus building. During the Summer months (June-August) our hours are 7:00am-3:30pm. During the remainder of the year, our office is open 8:30am-5:00pm. We offer pastoral counseling by appointment. Please call 951-303-6789 to schedule a counseling appointment.
We check each child in using our check-in centers so that each child is accounted for and only allowed to leave with their parent or guardian. If it’s your first time, we’ll get basic information from you, so each week you will already be in our system. That way, check in can be done quickly, so you can get into the church services.
Every Sunday we offer a safe place where children with special needs can come to learn about Jesus and experience his love. The volunteers who are helping with the children come from a wide array of backgrounds and experiences, including professionals, paraprofessionals, parents, and people with willing, caring hearts.
You are provided with a pager which will vibrate if your child needs you in any way. We also have a tracking number on your child’s name tag that will flash on the screens if you do not answer your page.
Please supply your child with whatever he or she may need to be comfortable, and please label everything. We provide snacks for your children and discourage any outside food. Parents may leave a non-leaking sippy cup or bottle – please no red liquids.
Please let us know if your child has any allergies. We will then permanently enter that information into our computer system. We have a very strict policy on sick children; if your child has any discolored mucus, is coughing or showing any signs of sickness, we will not allow them to be left in the nursery.
Thanks for visiting us online! If you're considering a visit to our church, here are a few helpful pointers:
We have three venues on site. If it's your first time, please turn on your hazard lights and look for the Start Here flags.
We have a very casual environment, so wear what's comfortable.
Nursery, Kids and Youth Groups are all led by Live-Scanned staff and volunteers.
Drinks and snacks are available for purchase at both our Imani Cafe locations.
After you've visited, we invite you to connect and build life-long relationships at Rancho. It is when you commit to a community that you really begin to sense a place of belonging.
Here are a few ways to connect:
Stay after service, grab a refreshment and make a new friend. We know is sounds simple, but this is a great way to begin to connect.
Visit a Welcome Center after service. One of our team members can answer questions and give many ways to connect at Rancho.
We believe you have a purpose in this life--to enjoy God, build his Church and serve those around us. We always want to be growing in these areas. Here are some ways to grow at Rancho:
Join a small home group. We have groups throughout the valley that meet to connect and talk about life and the Bible. This is a big, but rewarding, step.
Join a volunteer team. Another great rewarding way to connect. We have all kinds of areas where you can serve.
