Welcome
Help us make everyone feel welcome on Sundays! If you’re a “people person” who enjoys saying hello and helping others feel comfortable then this could be the team for you.

Welcome, say hello, and answer basic questions to everyone attending our Sunday services.

Help us welcome our first time guests with a gift, answer questions, and find their way around the campus.

Partner with us as we create safe and fun environments for kids birth-5th grade. Help kids learn about the love and grace of God through games, activities and small groups.

YOUTH MOVEMENT
Be a part of investing in the next generation. Our Middle School and High School Ministry has designed weekly programs and events for students to build friendships and make life-long memories as they discover who God is and who they are.

Sunday morning and Wednesday night options to help students build friendships, grow in their understanding of God’s grace, and serve others through games, teaching, and small groups.

Join us on Tuesday nights for games, events, teaching, and small groups that help students discover what it looks like to follow Jesus.
PRODUCTION & Marcom
Serve with us as we use video, lighting, photography, design, and social media to share the love of God and the message of Jesus with our church and community.

Help us create a welcoming, meaningful and fun Sunday services with computers, lights, cameras and more.

Help us capture, edit and share media of Sundays and other events to use for social media, print, and video. Also help us plan and project manage promotions.
Local outreach
At Rancho, we are passionate about practicing mercy and justice in tangible and practical ways. Join us and many others as we help to feed, house and support some of the most vulnerable in our community through the Community Mission of Hope, Rancho Damacitas, justice projects and more.

If you enjoy planning events, then join us as we host events for different ministries throughout the year: Replanted Foster Family Christmas Party, Celebrate Recovery dinners, and more.

Join us as we serve local foster and adoptive and biological families in crises through care communities. These small groups may offer practical support, prayer and encouragement to the adults and kids.
