Need to use a wireless mic?

First grab a mic and add batteries to the mic. Once the mic turns on, look at the display on the mic. If it says,
“Gym 1,” press the power button on the left box as shown in the image below. If it says, “Gym 2,” press the power button on the right box. If you have both boxes on and only one mic on, a very loud noise will come through the speakers intermittently.

Once you are done using the mics, FIRST turn off the box by pressing the power button, then press the up arrow, then press set, then hold the power button until the screen indicates that it is turning off. Please be sure to put the mics and batteries back in their respective spot.

NOTE: The display name you are looking for is, “HDMI 2 SDI 4K”

You must connect your computer before turning on the projectors.

Find the remote in the drawer. Step in front of the projector, point the remote at the projector and press the power button on the remote. You will start to see a green light flash. This means the projector is warming up.

YOU MUST REMEMBER TO TURN EVERYTHING OFF.

lighting:

AT THE MOMENT, OUR LIGHTING IS OUT OF SERVICE DUE TO THEM BEING LEFT ON after each event. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED.

Find the controller in the image below. We encourage you to just start pressing buttons to learn what each one does. We are aware some lights may not be as bright as the others. This is because they are left on most of the time. So please remember to make sure they are off before you leave. Thank you
